20 and 40 kg rye flour; the flour is obtained through dry grinding of the rye grains after mechanical cleaning, aspiration and abrasion. It is produced in the assortment requested by the  client, and may be: - type  1200 whole flour; type 1500 whole flour. It is generally produced from the rye our own rye production, from superior grades.
